Woo Hoo! According to the bathroom scale I am at 164.6 pounds this week. I have to admit that I was actually really worried as I stepped on the flab-o-meter 'cause I only got to the gym once last week, and then it was so crowded that I couldn't get on any of the machines I wanted. I already have scheduled at least three days this week to be at the gym, I am still aiming for five but with the Mrs' busy schedule (play practice, coaching cheerleaders, etc.) that will be difficult. Next weeks goal: 163
I have decided that these weekly update post are a bit contrived, I would rather post something when I feel I actually have something I want to talk about rather than feel that I HAVE to post something. Thus, I have created a Weight Watch section on the left side over there. I will keep the WW updated on a weekly basis with my current weight and goals but I will only write an actual post if I feel it is warranted.
